If you are looking for the perfect venue to hold a private lunch or evening celebration? We have a selection of beautiful dining rooms for your exclusive dinner!

In addition to the collection of charming private event rooms, our team of AA Rosette Award winning Chefs and immaculate service from our events team will provide the perfect recipe for any event.


The Gun Room

This room is a step back in time with cosy oak wood panelled walls and historic antiques, you'll even find the original service bells in here.This traditional room used to be the kitchen for the old house, with the scullery fireplace and large window overlooking the secret garden. The Gun Room holds 20 for a private lunch or dinner.



Our impressively styled restaurant can be used on an exclusive basis to hold your private lunch or dinner. Sage can seat up to 26 guests for a private event.


The Rawdon Room

The largest event room at the Donington Manor Hotel. With grand chandeliers, bay windows and access to a private patio and gardens, this room is ideal for larger events and those that want to celebrate in style. The Rawdon Room can hold up to 118 for a private party, wedding or corporate event.

Firstly, to all our wonderful guests we are delighted to welcome you back to the hotel!

As per the roadmap guidelines, all bookings are by appointment only.

Please ring the bell on the main door to the right and we will come to meet you to register you in.

The following measures have been adopted to ensure your safety are our priority:

Hand Sanitizers and anti-bacterial hand washing facilities are in the public areas, entry to the hotel and restaurant together with the wash rooms. Hygiene and cleaning procedures are throughout the hotel, touch points are regularly cleaned with sanitizers and recorded. Personal protection equipment will be provided for our guests and staff at all times. Cashless payment facilities and contactless procedures have been adopted within the hotel for your safety. We will provide good ventilation within internal areas and windows, subject to the weather, will be open to ensure good air flow.
